Major Acquisition at Alışan Lojistik PSA International Pte Ltd. ("PSA"), an international logistics service provider among Turkey's top 500 companies, signed a partnership agreement with ALIŞAN Lojistik A.Ş. ("ALIŞAN") and acquired a 75% stake in ALIŞAN. Following the completion of the process, ALIŞAN will be integrated into PSA BDP, PSA's cargo solutions group.
