Abdi İbrahim to hire 300 new employees

Abdi İbrahim will strengthen its field team with 300 new hires. Abdi İbrahim currently employs more than 2,200 Medical Representatives, positioning it as the pharmaceutical company with the highest number of such positions in Turkey. The company began accepting job applications on 5 June by combining its employment strategy prioritizing young people with its goal of providing innovative medicines throughout the country. The final application deadline for the new hiring programme is 23 July 2024. Dr. M. Oğuzcan Bülbül, Head of Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Sustainability at Abdi İbrahim, said: "We believe that investment in young people is investment in Turkey's future. Requirements for the Medical Representative position, which prioritizes recent graduate candidates seeking a good start to their career, are as follows:

    • Age 20-36, • University graduate, • Innovative, open to training and development, • Holding a Class B driver's licence or higher, • No previous experience in this position in the pharmaceutical sector and residing in or able to work in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Kayseri, Konya, Antalya, Bursa or Gaziantep.
