Halil Kardıçalı Appointed General Manager of 3M Türkiye

Halil Kardıçalı appointed as General Manager of 3M Turkey. Halil Kardıçalı, who has served as Legal Director of 3M Turkey since April 2015, will now also lead the company as country manager. [caption id="attachment_104096" align="alignleft"] Halil Kardıçalı[/caption] Kardıçalı, recognized four years in a row by Legal 500's GC Powerlist—one of the world's most prestigious in-house legal studies—as one of the most influential in-house lawyers in business, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2003. He continued his education with a master's degree from Cornell University Faculty of Law in 2008. Registered with the Istanbul and New York State bars, Kardıçalı worked at leading Turkish law firms specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, and served as Legal Director at an international IT company before joining 3M. In addition to his responsibilities in 3M Turkey's Legal Department, Halil Kardıçalı has assumed legal responsibilities in the EMEA region and has periodically managed the Human Resources Department and Government Relations Division. He is married and has one son.
