Orhan Turan elected Chairman of the Board at the 13th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting
Orhan Turan was elected Chairman of the Board of TÜRKONFED (Turkish Entrepreneurship and Business Confederation) at the 13th Ordinary General Assembly held on 12 May. TÜRKONFED has 235 member associations and 29 member federations. The proportion of female board members increased to 23% at the board meeting where new Board Members were also determined.
Who is Orhan Turan?
Orhan Turan is a graduate of Yıldız Technical University's Department of Mechanical Engineering and completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at Marmara University. Turan, who serves as Chairman of the Board of ODE Insulation, also played a role in the establishment of İZODER. Turan served as Chairman of İMSAD's Board for 3 years during his career. He currently holds the positions of Chairman of TÜSİAD's Audit Board and Vice Chairman of the Board of TKYD. Turan teaches postgraduate courses at various higher education institutions, is married and has one child.Advertisement
