Vinmar Group Acquires Alfa Kimya The acquisition of Alfa Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. and Bursa Alfa Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. by Vinmar Group through Global Chemplast L.P. was formally completed with the approval of the Competition Authority.  

Second Major Investment

The US-based company, operating since 1978, added Alfa Kimya and its subsidiary Bursa Alfa Kimya to its portfolio following the acquisition of Turkish chemical company Veser. Alfa Kimya began operations in 1983 with the sale of textile auxiliary chemicals and today manufactures over 350 product varieties in its own facility, producing textile chemicals for the textile, detergent and construction sectors, and imports paints, chemicals, enzymes, optical agents and silicones. The company serves Turkey nationwide from bases in Istanbul, Bursa, Tekirdağ and Denizli.     Source
