Senior Appointment at Ülker

A senior appointment has been made to the sales organization of Ülker, Türkiye's leading food company. Kayhan Zenginoğlu, known for his global sales and management experience, has been appointed as Vice President of Sales.
Ülker, Turkey's leading food company, has made a senior appointment in its sales organization. Kayhan Zenginoğlu, who stands out for his global sales and management experience, has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales.
As part of the transition process, the current Vice President of Sales Ahmet Şenel and Kayhan Zenginoğlu will work together throughout January 2026. Following the orientation period, Ahmet Şenel will hand over his duties to Kayhan Zenginoğlu at the end of the month. Zenginoğlu will be responsible for Ülker's sales processes and will report directly to Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı.
Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı, commenting on the appointment, stated that the experience Kayhan Zenginoğlu has acquired throughout his 33-year career in Turkey and abroad will give new momentum to the company's sales strategies, saying: "I believe that Zenginoğlu's global perspective and management experience will further strengthen the effectiveness of our sales organization in the field and our customer-focused approach. On this occasion, I would like to thank Ahmet Şenel, who has made important contributions to Ülker over 31 years, and wish him success in this new chapter of his career."

Kayhan Zenginoğlu, a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, began his career at Unilever in 1993. Having held senior positions in different categories and channels in sales, Zenginoğlu most recently served as General Manager of The Magnum Ice Cream Company Pakistan and Global Out-of-Home Ice Cream Consumption Transformation Leader. During this period, he led significant initiatives in brand and operations transformation, organizational development, and sustainable growth.
