Ülker Announces Nine-Month Financial Results for 2025

Ülker Biscuits announced in a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it closed the first nine months of 2025 with revenues of TRY 80.9 billion. The company completed the same period with an EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation) margin of 17.8%.

Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı, expressing the company's aim to pursue consistent, competitive, profitable, sustainable and human-focused growth, continued: "Our ability to continuously monitor developments, trends and risks while taking swift action is an important strength for us. We are the market leader in our sector in Turkey. We maintain our leadership through our strong financial infrastructure, innovative and consumer-focused approach. We have continued our leadership in the biscuit market in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Through the Ülker brand and all our sub-brands, we embrace the principle of 'Happiness in Every Bite' and operate with the philosophy of 'Make happy, be happy.'

Innovation is among the decisive factors in Ülker's success. We have continued to produce new products. Limited-edition Saklıköy Enriched Cereals in the Field, Hanımeller Milk Chocolate Cookies, Ülker Chocolate Filled, Dido Nut Milk Chocolate Hazelnut, Dankek Roll Cake Banana are some examples. Additionally, we introduced consumers to our new flavour Ülker Chocolate Istanbul—a milk chocolate tablet prepared with hazelnut filling, crispy kadayif and baklava pieces. Our investments across many areas from R&D to digitalisation enable us to develop new products and services that meet consumer expectations."

5-year syndicated facility
Kölükfakı noted that Ülker has signed a new syndicated credit agreement with a 5-year tenor and bullet repayment at maturity, refinancing the 3-year USD 250 million syndicated facility obtained in 2023, and provided the following details:

"It is also distinguished as the first 5-year tenor, bullet repayment facility obtained by a private company in the last 5 years. We consider this a reflection of Ülker's stable growth strategy and strong relationships established with international financial institutions. We believe this long-term agreement is an important confidence signal for both our country and our company. With the frugal corporate culture we have embraced since our establishment, we continue our efforts to contribute to the transformation of the global food system. Through our sustainability work, which we consolidated under long-term objectives in 2014, we continuously improve our governance and focus on strengthening our resilience against risks. In addition to our 2024 Sustainability Report, we separately shared our compliance report prepared in line with Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), which we published for the first time. In the report, our risks and opportunities related to climate change were prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the international Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). We shared our approaches and progress in the areas of governance, strategy, risk management and metrics-targets."
