Marshall Receives Award at Turkey Women Directors Conference

Marshall is also recognized for its management policies that bring color to life under the slogan "Add Color to Life." Supporting women managers in increasing the number of female executives on the board of directors, Marshall was deemed worthy of an award within the framework of the "Turkey Women Directors Conference" organized by Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum. The award ceremony of the Conference, held for the 7th time this year under the Independent Woman Directors (IWD) project, took place on 20 November 2019, and the award was presented to Dilek Tepetam, Marshall Finance Director, on behalf of Marshall. At this year's conference, organized under the theme "Board Nomination Processes and Diversity," the results of the "Women in Board of Directors in Turkey 2019" report were shared with the public. The conference also presented "Board Strengthened with Women" awards to their recipients. The 2019 report presents the current situation regarding gender equality in the board of directors of BIST companies and the seven-year trend since the project began in 2012. The report conveys the study conducted on 402 companies listed on BIST.
