Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) Opens Applications for Outstanding Achievement Scholarship
Applications for the 2025–2026 academic year are now open for the Türk Eğitim Vakfı (TEV) Outstanding Achievement Scholarship Program, which the foundation has been running since 2007 to support the leaders of the future. Preparatory, first- and second-year undergraduate students who ranked among the top 5,000 in the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) and are enrolled at state or foundation universities are eligible to apply. The scholarship has been set at TRY 11,600 per month for nine months.
Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) has opened applications for the 2025–2026 academic year of its Excellence Achievement Scholarship Program, which has been supporting future leaders since 2007. The scholarship is available to students who ranked in the top 5,000 on the Higher Education Entrance Examination (YKS) and are enrolled in preparatory, first or second year undergraduate programmes at state or foundation universities. The monthly amount has been set at TRY 11,600 for nine months.
Applications will be accepted online at www.tev.org.tr between 15 September and 9 October 2025.
Support for Future Leaders
Through the Excellence Achievement Scholarship Program, TEV provides scholarship recipients not only with financial support but also mentoring, networking and personal development opportunities throughout their education, helping them reach their full potential. Various events that strengthen scholarship holders' career journeys are also an important part of the programme.
Application Requirements
- Ranking in the top 5,000 on the YKS
- Enrolled as an undergraduate student in preparatory, first or second year at a state or foundation university
- For intermediate-year students, a minimum grade point average of 3.50
Candidates meeting the technical criteria undergo a multi-stage evaluation process consisting of essay writing and interview stages. This year, approximately 150 successful young people from the fields of medicine, law, engineering, basic sciences, social sciences, and economics and administrative sciences are expected to be selected as scholarship recipients under the programme.
In line with its goal of strengthening equal opportunity in access to education, TEV continues to support young people's educational journeys through increased scholarship amounts.
