Four Sanko Holding Companies Receive Award Sanko Holding's four companies received the "Best Workplace in Turkey" award under the "Kincentric Best Employers" programme. In research conducted based on data from studies measuring employee experience in 2022, four Sanko Holding companies – SANKO Tekstil, SANKO Havlu, SANKO Özel Güvenlik and SANKO Okulları – were recognised among "Turkey's Best Workplaces". Tansel Varan, Human Resources Coordinator at SANKO Holding, stated that they are proud to have received the award with four companies in the "Kincentric Best Employers" programme, which is evaluated according to data on agility, purpose-driven leadership and talent focus alongside employee engagement. Varan, emphasising that they have always placed people at the centre of their operations, said in his remarks: "Our employees are our greatest asset. About Kincentric Best Employers 2022

Under the "Kincentric Best Employers" programme, 40 different sectors and 250 companies were evaluated between 1 October 2021 and 30 September 2022. Under the "Kincentric Best Employers" programme, which is Turkey's largest workplace survey and consists of evaluations conducted by employees within companies, 29 companies that provide the best workplace experience and working environment to their employees were recognised as "Best Workplaces in Turkey". Companies were evaluated in the categories of "Employee Engagement", "Talent Focus", "Leadership" and "Agility".
