Sabancı Holding Among the World's Best 25 Employers

Forbes Magazine, one of the world's most respected media platforms, has published its “World's Best Employers – 2026” list, prepared together with Statista. Sabancı Holding, which ranked 195th in 2024 and 51st last year, climbed 28 places this year to reach 23rd place, leaving behind numerous giants that shape the global economy and taking its place among the “World's Best 25 Employers.”

In the list, which includes a total of 900 companies from 52 different countries around the world, 5 companies from Türkiye are featured, and Sabancı Holding once again maintained its leadership among the companies from Türkiye on the list this year. Having been continuously included among the “World's Best Employers” for the past 9 years without interruption, Sabancı Holding had also ranked first among Turkish companies on last year's list.

Rose to Second Place in the World in the “Holding Companies” Category

The list also separately indicated the companies' fields of activity, as well as the countries and regions where their headquarters are located. A total of 29 companies were included in the list in the “Holding Companies” category, and Sabancı Holding rose to second place in the world in this category. In addition, Sabancı Holding achieved the success of ranking seventh among companies from Europe included in the list.

The comprehensive research conducted by Forbes together with the market research company Statista was carried out with the participation of over 300,000 employees from more than 50 countries. Within the scope of the list, published for the seventh time this year, companies were evaluated according to key criteria such as employees' tendency to recommend their own employer, the benefits offered to employees, talent development, working environment and training opportunities.
