Another First for Rönesans in Russia
Leading Russian commercial real estate investment fund Metrika Investments and Renaissance Development have signed one of the largest single real estate transactions in Russian commercial property market history. Under the agreement, Metrika Investments acquired office floors covering a total area of 56,158 square meters in Neva Towers. Neva Towers, developed with a USD 1.2 billion investment in Moscow City, which brings together Moscow's business and living centers, consists of two high-rise buildings. The project, comprising a 79-story residential building standing 345 meters tall and a 65-story office building, has a gross building area of 357,000 square meters. The Neva Towers project, selected as "World's Best International Multi-Story Residential Project" under the International Property Awards, also holds LEED Gold Certification due to its environmentally friendly features.
