Benan Cuma Doğan Appointed as Roche İlaç Türkiye’s New Finance Director

Roche İlaç Türkiye has appointed Benan Cuma Doğan to the position of Finance Director. Doğan assumed the role as of January 2018 and is a graduate of the Business Administration Department at Middle East Technical University. Doğan began his career in 1997 as an auditor at the PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Istanbul office, where he was involved in the financial audits of companies including Koç Holding, Doğuş Grubu and Borusan Holding during his tenure. In 2002, Benan was assigned to the PwC Basel, Switzerland office as Director of Audit and Financial Advisory Services, where he led the financial reporting audit processes of numerous international firms, including F. Hoffmann-La Roche, and subsequently joined Roche in corporate finance at the Roche Switzerland headquarters. Doğan later participated in the Global Leadership Program (Compass) within Roche, successfully carrying out various responsibilities at Roche offices in Mexico City, Shanghai and Germany. In 2010, Doğan returned to Turkey to join GE Healthcare, where he served for 5 years as financial control manager for the Middle East, Africa and Russia. In 2015, he assumed the position of finance leader for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey markets of GE Lighting and Current. Subsequently, within Grid Solutions, Benan Doğan was responsible for the conduct of finance operations in the Gulf countries, Iraq and Turkey. Prior to his current position, he brings 8 years of GE experience.
