Richard Northcote Has Died

Covestro announced the unexpected death of Richard Northcote, the company's Director of Sustainability, at the age of 58. The company stated that Northcote was a highly respected leader and visionary figure in the world of sustainable development. Northcote, who served as a journalist, corporate communications and government affairs manager and recently as Head of Sustainability Segment, had extensive experience in the chemical and construction sectors. Northcote lived and worked in various European countries, the Middle East and Asia. He entered the chemical sector in 1996 with ICI. He joined Covestro in 2009, where he served as Director of Sustainability.
