Reichhold and Polynt announce completion of merger following receipt of all regulatory approvals, which was announced last year. The new Polynt-Reichhold company (or "Group") is a global specialty chemicals producer with EUR 2 billion in annual revenue, operating in Intermediate Chemicals, Paints and Coatings and Composite Resins, Thermoset Compounds, Gel Coatings and Niche Specialties.
