Reha Yalnızcık Marks 40th Year in the Art World

Artist Reha Yalnızcık celebrates 40 years of artistic career with exhibition at Galeri Diani from 7 March to 24 March 2020, presenting "From the Travelogue – Various Tastes, Stamps and Postcards from Journeys" themed show. Artist Reha Yalnızcık's exhibition "From the Travelogue – Various Tastes, Stamps and Postcards from Journeys" opens at Galeri Diani from 7 March to 24 March 2020, featuring different perspectives from waypoints of journeys undertaken in the world of thought, along with various tastes, stamps and postcards. Painter Reha Yalnızcık, who draws attention with his distinctive style, graduated from the State Applied Fine Arts High School, Department of Graphic Arts. The artist's greatest desire has always been to live by painting alone. Initially he pursued painting and graphic arts together. During this period he held his first personal exhibition "Intimate with Nature" (1980 Istanbul Taksim Art Gallery), "To Peace" (1981 Istanbul Taksim Art Gallery), "My Istanbul" (1984 Istanbul Taksim Art Gallery), "Every Day 23 April" (1985 Istanbul Taksim Art Gallery). He has opened over 80 personal exhibitions to date and participated in over 150 group exhibitions. He also co-authored 14 exhibitions with his daughter Perincan Yalnızcık, who is also a painter. He gave painting lessons to children on television during 1988-89.
