POLİSAN YAPIKİM Increases Polymer Production Capacity

Polisan Yapıkim, a subsidiary of Polisan Holding, has completed a capacity expansion investment in PCE (Polymer) production, the key semi-finished material for building chemicals products.  

Polisan Holding A.Ş. disclosed to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has completed the capacity expansion investment in PCE (Polymer) production. In the disclosure, the company stated: "The 30,000 metric ton capacity PCE (Polymer) investment at the Adana plant of our subsidiary Polisan Yapıkim, as mentioned in our material disclosure of 13 November 2023, has been completed and commissioned. With this investment, in addition to capacity increase, savings are expected in transportation, semi-finished materials, storage and handling costs." 

Polisan Holding CEO Cantekin Dinçerler: "We will achieve significant savings on key line items"

Polisan Holding CEO Cantekin Dinçerler stated that the new facility, whose foundation was laid in November 2023, is now operational, thereby increasing the annual production capacity from 20,000 tons to 50,000 tons. 

Dinçerler noted: "With our capacity expansion investment in PCE (Polymer) production, which was previously manufactured only at our Dilovası facilities and is the key semi-finished material for building chemicals products, we will meet our polymer needs in-house. We began the 30,000 ton capacity polymer investment within the Adana plant boundaries in November 2023. We have increased Polisan Yapıkim's total PCE polymer production capacity from 20,000 tons annually to 50,000 tons."  

Highlighting that they possess significant production capacity in the building chemicals sector, Polisan Holding CEO Cantekin Dinçerler said: "Through this investment, we plan to achieve significant savings on items such as transportation, semi-finished materials, storage and handling."
