Polin Waterparks-Designed Water Park and Polin America Return with Awards from The Land of Legends Theme Park

The World Waterpark Association (United States) presents an award considered one of the most prestigious in the water park sector. This honor, previously bestowed upon world-renowned American parks such as Universal, Disney, Kalahari, Great Wolf and Six Flags, has now come to Turkey. The World Waterpark Association (WWA), one of the most important organizations in the water park sector, held the 37th edition of its annual trade fair and congress program in the United States, which brings together water park designers, engineers, consultants, park owners and operators, and suppliers to share trends and innovations in the water park sector. The event took place on 17-19 October 2017 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Within the scope of the program, the Leading Edge Awards were presented at an organization held on Tuesday, 17 October 2017 in the ballroom of the Palm Beach Convention and Exhibition Center, where global leaders in the water park sector gathered. Polin Waterparks has established itself as a Turkish company in the water slide sector through 41 years of successful work, 3,000 water parks completed in 103 countries, and sector-leading initiatives that have written its name in letters of gold.

Polin was recognized for this award in 2014 with the Cartoon Network Amazone project in Thailand and last year with innovations brought to the water park sector.

This year, The Land of Legends Theme Park, which is the largest theme park ever built in Turkey and features water park attractions with Polin Waterparks design, claimed the "Leading Edge" award, the most prestigious honor in the sector, making a mark on the evening. The award was received on behalf of the company by The Land of Legends Theme Park Marketing Director Pınar Pehlivan, Polin Waterparks Marketing and Corporate Relations Director Şöhret Pakis and Sales and Design Director Kubilay Alpdoğan from World Waterpark Association President Steve Miklosi.
