Pfizer Türkiye Wins Silver Award at Youth Awards 2026

The results of Youth Awards 2026 have been announced. Pfizer Türkiye won the silver award by ranking second in the "Most Desired Healthcare Company to Work For" category, as determined by the votes of young people.

Within the scope of Youth Awards 2026, organized for the sixth time this year by Youthall, the career platform for young people, young talents' preferences for companies were announced. Pfizer Türkiye ranked second in the "Most Desired Healthcare Company to Work For" category.

In the organization, where companies' marketing, human resources and employer branding efforts aimed at young people are evaluated by young people, 165 companies competed in 32 categories this year. In the voting conducted during the June-August period, a total of 201,740 votes were cast from 227 universities and 173 different departments. The awards were presented at a ceremony held on September 16, 2026.

The departments with the highest participation in the voting were Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering and Business Administration, while the universities with the most votes were Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, Marmara Üniversitesi and İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi. 3rd and 4th year university students made up 32.4 percent of the young people who voted.

"The preference of young people means a great deal to us"

Pfizer Türkiye Employee Experience Director Seda Tamur Oğralı stated that it was important for them that young people chose Pfizer at the start of their careers.

Stating that they place importance on developing a leadership culture that supports the growth of young talents, a flexible working environment and international career opportunities, Oğralı noted that the silver award received in the "Most Desired Healthcare Company to Work For" category reflects the positive response to their efforts to understand young people's expectations and improve the employee experience.

Pfizer Türkiye thanked its employees who contributed to this achievement and the young people who chose the company with their votes.
