Perfetti Van Melle actively participated in 42 different youth and career events across Turkey throughout 2025, bringing young people together with the business world and directly reaching approximately 20,000 young people. Through these meetings, the company aimed not only to share information but to be a strong companion guiding young people on their career journeys.
Throughout the year, Perfetti Van Melle actively participated in events organized by universities, youth associations, career platforms and sector-specific organizations. With the participation of the General Manager, Human Resources Director, Marketing Director and managers from different departments, the company established an inspiring connection with young people.
At the events, topics such as career planning in the business world, current dynamics of the marketing sector, sustainability, leadership and competency development were among the subjects that attracted the most interest from young people. Through its contributions, Perfetti Van Melle helped young professionals gain a closer understanding of the business world and discover their own potential.
