Organik Kimya Receives "Equal Opportunity for Women at Work" Certificate

Organik Kimya became the first company in the organic chemistry sector to qualify for the Women Equality at Work Certificate. Institutions that provide equal rights and opportunities for women in professional life are eligible to receive the Women Equality at Work Certificate once they achieve the required score following an independent audit conducted in cooperation with the Sustainability Academy and British inspection firm Intertek. Intertek, which conducts the audits for certification, provides services in inspection, surveillance, testing, quality control and certification across various sectors in over 100 countries. The Women Equality at Work Certificate, which contributes to institutions in many areas such as institutional reputation, employee engagement, alignment with Sustainable Development Goals and the establishment of sustainable management systems, is also one of the significant examples of work conducted for gender equality.
