Nurol GYO, one of Turkey's leading real estate investment companies, has made significant changes to its management team. As of 21 March 2025, Ahmet Erol Arman has been appointed to the position of General Manager. Nurdoğan Topuz, who held the General Manager position at Nurol GYO for many years, will now serve as Deputy General Manager/CFO at Nurol Construction, one of the Nurol Group's core companies.
Ahmet Erol Arman, who has held senior management positions in finance and independent audit for many years, has successfully managed numerous local and international projects. In his new role, Arman will support the implementation of Nurol GYO's strategic growth plans for the future.
Nurdoğan Topuz, who will continue his professional career as Deputy General Manager/CFO at Nurol Construction, has successfully managed Nurol GYO's General Manager position for the last 7.5 years. During the final three years of his tenure, the company's financial debt decreased from USD 95 million to USD 4 million. During the same period, Nurol GYO's asset size reached TRY 5.7 billion as the company achieved profitability.
