According to a statement from Novartis Pharma, Novartis Pharma, which has been selected as a "Great Place to Work for Women" for three years, has once again demonstrated its success in the initiatives it has implemented to support female employees in the field of human resources with this award. We organize various coaching trainings to prepare our talented female employees for their next position through development plans specially designed for them. Within the scope of corporate social responsibility, we are also implementing various projects for women entering professional life. With the goal of mentoring female students who will be the future women leaders, we launched the 'Supporting Future Women Entrepreneurs' project last year in collaboration with Bahçeşehir University Continuing Education Center (BAUSEM). Our support for women will continue to increase in every area." she stated.

Our motherhood support programs lead our work in this area. We have many practices for our female employees including flexible maternity leave, flexible nursing leave, pregnancy coaching, nursing room, postpartum and newborn support. All our female employees can participate in out-of-town meetings with their children and caregivers at company expense until their babies are 18 months old. This approach is very much appreciated and makes a difference. The awards we receive show us that we are on the right path and motivate us to do better work."
