Nippon Paint-Betek brought together its sales organization and managers around the "Future Betek" vision at the 2026 Sales Force Congress. The company announced that it has built its strategic transformation on the principles of "focus, alignment and speed".
Over 400 Sales Professionals Gather at Congress
The congress held in Antalya was attended by over 400 sales professionals from across Turkey. The programme included an evaluation of 2025 performance, while strategic priorities, investments and organizational transformation for 2026 and beyond were shared. The congress also marked the first comprehensive meeting on Nippon Paint-Betek's new sales approach.
"We Rethought Our Value Chain From Start to Finish"
Nippon Paint-Betek General Manager Hasan Gökhan Güner emphasized that 2025 was a strategic threshold for the company and made the following assessments:
"2025 was not merely a closing year for us, but a preparation period in which we clarified our direction. We positioned the concepts of focus, alignment and speed not as temporary reflexes, but as Betek's strategic compass. Sustainable leadership is possible not through simultaneous growth in all areas, but through focusing on the right areas, aligning the organization toward the same goal and being able to move swiftly in the field. Within this framework, we rethought our entire value chain from operational efficiency to organizational structure, from production to sales processes."
New Era: Agile Production, Regional Proximity and Sustainable Growth
Hasan Gökhan Güner conveyed Betek's investment strategies with the following words:
"Future Betek is not a slogan for us; it is a planned, measurable and steadily advancing journey. Within this scope, our new Water-Based Paint Production Facility, which we launched in November, was designed according to capacity and quality needs for the next 10 years. With our regional production investment to be commissioned in Diyarbakır as of 2026, we are transitioning to a production model that is closer to the field, more agile and more flexible. Our aim is not merely to grow, but to grow in a balanced and sustainable manner."
Nippon Paint-Betek's Strategic Role Within the Group Is Strengthening
The congress also addressed the company's position within Nippon Paint Group, sustainable leadership strategy in the Turkish market, and the agility brought by the new organizational structure. With its production capacity, extensive dealer and distribution network, digitalization investments and R&D-focused activities, Nippon Paint-Betek's objective of positioning Turkey as a regional center in paints and insulation technologies came to the fore.
