National Gymnast Ayşe Begüm Onbaşı Becomes World Champion

National athlete Ayşe Begüm Onbaşı, who has won over 100 medals throughout her career, has added another achievement to her record! Competing at the Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships held in Baku, Onbaşı won a gold medal here as well! Congratulations poured in for the world champion Onbaşı. According to a statement from the Turkish Gymnastics Federation, the 19-year-old Red Bull athlete Ayşe Begüm Onbaşı won gold in the individual women's final at the Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, with a score of 21.850 points. Meanwhile, Ayşe Begüm Onbaşı, Emir Erışık and Erkut Ergin, who competed in the trio final, placed eighth with a score of 20.983 points.   Source
