KTTD Holds General Assembly Meeting
The General Assembly meeting of the Chemical Transport Vehicle Cleaners Association (KTTD) was held, an organization established to ensure environmentally responsible disposal and control of waste generated during the cleaning and reuse of equipment transporting all chemical products carried by road or combined transport. The Association's new management list was approved unanimously by members.
At the board meeting of the Chemical Transport Vehicle Cleaners Association (KTTD) where it was decided that Ayhan Özekin, the previous period Chairman of the Board and Executive Board Member at Alışan Lojistik, would continue his presidency in the new term, the following were elected as full members of the Board of Directors: Sebahattin Dönmez on behalf of Dönmez Varil Geri Dönüşüm San. Tic. A.Ş., Hakan Darip on behalf of Dilmak Tanker Plastik Mak. Kim. Pet. San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., Kerem Zihni Gürler on behalf of Den Hartogh Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş., and Fatih Yaşar on behalf of MGD Marmara Geri Dönüşüm End. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.
When the Ministry of Environment issued a tanker cleaning facilities notice in 2009, both international circles and the Ministry of Environment noted that there was no organizer for this business in Turkey, upon which the Chemical Transport Vehicle Cleaners Association (KTTD) was established. At the board meeting held on 20 August 2021, reports on the KTTD's previous period activities and financial statements were submitted to the general assembly agenda, voted on, and the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board were discharged.
Amendments were made to the provisions in the articles of association that were dormant and required change, submitted to the general assembly agenda for voting, and were approved. Board of Directors and Supervisory Board members for the new term were elected.
The KTTD's objectives for the upcoming term were discussed and decisions were made accordingly. The next ordinary General Assembly meeting will be held in three years in accordance with the articles of association.
