New Appointment at Krohne

Krohne Grup (Ludwig Krohne GmbH & Co. KG) has made new management board and advisory board chair appointments effective 1 January 2020. The changes are viewed as a generational transition at the family-owned company Krohne, aimed at meeting future market challenges. After nearly 40 years, Prof. Dr. Rolf Theenhaus, Chair of the Krohne Grup Advisory Board, stepped down and retired. The advisory board and all employees thanked Rolf Theenhaus for his dedication and creative talents, continuous innovations and new business areas he created, and his contributions to Krohne. Michael Rademacher-Dubbick, who has successfully managed the Krohne Group as a shareholder for over 25 years, was appointed as the new chair of the advisory board. This step underscores the owner family's continued close involvement and connection with company operations.
