KBSB Chairman: Cem Özyıldırım Re-elected

KBSB Chairman Re-Elected as Cem Özyıldırım The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturers Association (KBSB), which since 1985 has served as the umbrella organization for the boiler and pressure vessel industry and its auxiliary equipment and raw material suppliers, held its Ordinary General Assembly meeting. At the general assembly held on Wednesday, 15 June at Cemile Sultan Koru Restaurant under the sponsorship of Gökçe Brülör, the meeting covered KBSB's activities for the period, future projects, sector challenges, and business opportunities in Central Asian countries, which represent a market size ten times larger than Turkey's domestic market. Mehmet Şanal, Chairman of the Board of the Air Conditioning Industry Exporters Association (İSİB), who attended the meeting, shared information about İSİB's efforts to expand export markets for the sector. At the general assembly where board elections were held, members unanimously decided to continue with Cem Özyıldırım as KBSB Board Chairman. Cem Özyıldırım, re-elected as chairman and reaffirmed by members' confidence, stated in his address at the general assembly: "As the heating sector, we house many locomotive sectors within our scope. Our goal is to contribute to the growth of both our sector and our locomotive sectors, and thereby to the development of the country's economy. In the new term, we will accelerate our work by fulfilling our responsibilities. In this context, we will take all steps together with our members that will contribute to the development of our sector."
