The "Women's Power in Exports 2026 – Export Transformation Program for Women Entrepreneurs," carried out in cooperation with the Aegean Exporters' Associations and the TOBB İzmir Women Entrepreneurs Board, held its opening session. In the program's first session, participants shared insights on the global economy, the future of entrepreneurship and export success stories.

Ege Export Associations and TOBB Izmir Women Entrepreneurs Board have launched the "Women Power in Exports 2026 – Export Transformation Program for Women Entrepreneurs" in collaboration. In the program's opening session, participants shared insights on global economy, the future of entrepreneurship and export stories.

First Experiences Shared Through Inspiration Meetings
TOBB Izmir WEB Executive Board Vice-Chair Ayhan Seyfeli and Ege Cereals Pulses Oil Seeds and Products Exporters Association Chair Muhammet Öztürk shared their first export experiences and guided women entrepreneurs. In the session moderated by Prof. Dr. Yaşar Uysal, important assessments were made under the title "Changing Global Economy and the Entrepreneur of the Future".

Öztürk emphasized that women entrepreneurs' participation in exports would contribute to the country's economy and the sector's export capacity, and noted that the perspective women bring to business would enhance the quality of exports.

Systematic and Sustainable Support for Women Entrepreneurs
TOBB Izmir WEB Executive Board Vice-Chair Seyfeli stated that the program aimed for women entrepreneurs to take conscious and strong steps toward exports. Throughout the program, participants will assess their export readiness levels, develop competition and brand strategies, learn e-export and digital marketing processes, and experience artificial intelligence-supported market research tools.

Ege Export Associations General Secretary İ. Cumhur İşbırakmaz noted that the program offers a development opportunity where each participant will create their own export roadmap, beyond being a conventional training process. The 10-week program will be completed with trainings, inspiration meetings, B2B matching days and a final summit.

Women Entrepreneurs' Role Critical in Global Competition
Öztürk and İşbırakmaz emphasized that women entrepreneurs' active role in exports contributes directly not only to individual success but also to strengthening the country's economy. Through the program, women entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to create stronger brands in global markets, manage sustainable production and export processes.
