Izmir Rushes to Aid Campaign Launched The Izmir business world launched the "Izmir Rushes to Aid" campaign following the earthquake centered in Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş and causing destruction in many provinces. Coordinated by the Republic of Turkey Izmir Governorate, 19 chambers, exchanges and civil society organizations together with 16 organized industrial zones are collecting monetary and in-kind aid to be sent to the disaster area.

Izmir Chamber of Commerce, Aegean Region Chamber of Industry, Izmir Chamber of Commerce Exchange, Aegean Exporters Associations, Izmir Craftsmen and Artisans Chambers Union, Chamber of Maritime Commerce Izmir Branch, Aegean Young Businessmen Association, Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen Association, Izmir Industrialists and Businessmen Association, organized industrial zones within the province, IMEAK Chamber of Maritime Commerce Aliağa Branch, Aliağa Chamber of Commerce, Bayındır Chamber of Commerce, Bergama Chamber of Commerce, Menemen Chamber of Commerce, Ödemiş Chamber of Commerce, Ödemiş Chamber of Commerce Exchange, Selçuk Chamber of Commerce, Tire Chamber of Commerce and Torbalı Chamber of Commerce launched the "Izmir Rushes to Aid" campaign to support citizens in the earthquake region.

In-Kind Aid Will Be Collected at the Red Crescent

Within the scope of the "Izmir Rushes to Aid" campaign conducted under the coordination of Izmir Governorate, citizens wishing to provide in-kind aid (material assistance) may submit their support to the Turkish Red Crescent Aegean Region Emergency Aid Center located at Hürriyet Mahallesi 435 Sokak No:24 Gürçeşme/Buca/Izmir. Information about the contents must be written legibly on the boxes and packages containing in-kind aid (material assistance).
