Productivity Award Certificate for Businesses In the 'Productivity Project Awards' competition organized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, businesses that place will receive a 'Productivity Award Certificate'. The Ministry of Industry and Technology prepared the Regulation on Productivity Project Awards Procedures and Principles, which was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Changes have been made to the Productivity Project Awards Competition, which the Ministry has been organizing since 2014. With the new regulation, the award process has also begun. Applications for the competition, which is open to all businesses and public institutions, will be accepted between 20 June and 22 July 2022 through https://vpo.sanayi.gov.tr/. Sefa Gökalp, Provincial Director of Industry and Technology, noted that the updated regulation brings many innovations, stating: "Through the Productivity Project Awards Competition, our Ministry aims to promote productivity awareness nationwide, increase knowledge and experience sharing among institutions and organizations, publicize projects carried out on productivity, promote the benefits provided by implemented projects, and encourage new projects to be conducted to increase productivity. The evaluation criteria for projects and their weights have been redetermined. Additionally, it was decided that businesses eligible for awards at the end of the competition will receive a 'Productivity Award Certificate'. Businesses eligible for awards will be able to use the Productivity Project Awards logo and the Productivity Award Certificate in their printed and visual materials," he said.

The 'Productivity Project Awards' are organized annually by the Directorate General of Strategic Research and Productivity of the Ministry of Industry and Technology with the aim of promoting productivity awareness nationwide, increasing knowledge and experience sharing among institutions and organizations, publicizing projects carried out on productivity, promoting the benefits provided by implemented projects, and encouraging new projects to be conducted to increase productivity. Interest in the organization, which has been held annually since 2014, continues to grow. In the competition, where both private sector businesses and public institutions can apply, awards to the project owners who place are presented by the Minister.
