In 2014, as Isıdem Yalıtım, we made a TRY 30 million investment in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone for the production of elastomeric rubber foam. We brought our production line into operation in the first quarter of 2015. Coolflex elastomeric rubber foam, produced with the most advanced technology, quickly gained an important position in the market. As ISIDEM Yalıtım, which previously held a presence in domestic and international markets with products under the Flexiduct (Flexible Air Duct) and Duct Connect (Duct Coupling Parts) brands, we are now increasing the number of distribution channels with our new Coolflex brand. I would like to note that we had an extremely productive year in 2014. With the completion of our investment in just 12 months, we began production of our Coolflex branded product, which has started to create a difference in the market through its quality. We are currently receiving positive feedback from our customers regarding our Coolflex branded products, which we export to more than 20 countries. This feedback is the most important proof of how correct our decisions were prior to investment. In the coming period, we are aiming for sustainable growth by increasing our product and service quality and further expanding our product range. Isıdem Yalıtım continues with confident steps on our path, guided by the principle of "the right address for quality, competitive products and fast service."

1- Isıdem Coolflex

Coolflex Sheet

Isıdem Coolflex elastomeric rubber foam is produced as a flat sheet in various thicknesses and widths. With low thermal conductivity, high water vapor diffusion resistance and tested and approved B-s3-d0 fire performance class, it is a widely preferred insulation material in mechanical installations. In addition to the standard material, there are product options with aluminum foil and PVC/aluminum foil coatings to increase resistance to UV rays and mechanical impacts. Additionally, it is also produced as self-adhesive for ease of application and time savings.

Coolflex Pipe

Isıdem Coolflex elastomeric rubber foam pipes are produced in various diameters and thicknesses for efficient and correct installation. With BL – s2 - d0 fire performance class, it is used in the insulation of ventilation and air conditioning systems.

2-Isıdem Flexiduct

Isıdem Flexiduct flexible air ducts are designed for use in medium and low pressure environments in heating, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning and waste gas transfer lines. Flexiduct flexible air ducts vary according to their fields of application. They are produced with insulation (low-emission mineral wool) and without insulation from aluminum, PVC and polyester materials.

3-Isıdem Duct Connect
