GSK Turkey Strengthens Its Leadership Team

GSK Turkey continues to strengthen its organizational structure and Leadership Team through new appointments. As a global biopharmaceutical company with over 300 years of experience worldwide and more than 65 years in Turkey, ranking among the leading firms in the healthcare sector, GSK Turkey appointed Beste Erkutay as Ethics and Compliance Leader effective 1 October 2025. Erkutay will also serve on the GSK Turkey Leadership Team.

A graduate of Maltepe University's International Relations and European Union Department, Erkutay held various roles during approximately 13 years at Medtronic Medical Technology and worked as Regional Compliance Leader responsible for the Turkey and Levant region at Medtronic Medical Technology before joining GSK. During this role, Erkutay led numerous compliance and risk management processes and simultaneously served as Chair of the Ethics Committee at the Association of Innovative Medical Technology Manufacturers (ARTED).
