Applications Open for Future Women Leaders Program
Applications Open for 12th Term of Future Women Leaders Program. Launched in 2010 to strengthen young women's roles in society and business life, expand professional networks, facilitate job search processes, and contribute to women's employment, the program continues into its 12th year with renewed strength toward the same objectives.
Young women graduates from university undergraduate programs in 2022 or currently in their final year, preferably with scholarship experience, internship or part-time work experience, and ideally having participated in social volunteering projects in civil society organizations, open to innovation and personal development, and with high career aspirations, can apply until 27 July 2022.
Participants will be selected following online interviews, and the Future Women Leaders new term program will be held online over four days between 4-7 October.
Participants in the program will receive training in Interview Simulations, Technology, Project Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability that can be useful for their careers, as well as training in Storytelling, Gender Equality, and Relationship Design that will guide their professional lives, and will undergo certification.
Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to gain direct information about various sectors from industry representatives through speednetworking panels.
In its 12th year, the project has seen 1,200 young women graduate with certificates to date, and this year 250 people will be admitted to the program. Applications for the Future Women Leaders program can be made through the project website www.geleceginkadinliderleri.org.
