Form Şirketler Grubu Crowns 60 Years of Success with Memorable Celebration

Form Şirketler Grubu celebrated its 60th anniversary with an unforgettable evening attended by all employees. Form, a pioneering brand in Turkey's air conditioning sector, brought together the values of the past, today's achievements and faith in the future on the same stage. The celebration, highlighted by film screenings, award ceremonies and a stage performance by Işın Karaca, reflected the Form family's pride in its 60-year journey and the excitement of growing together.

Form Şirketler Grubu, one of Turkey's most established brands in the air conditioning sector, celebrated its 60th year with great enthusiasm. At a special event held on 23 October at Yeşilyurt Renaissance Polat Hotel, all employees of Form Group companies gathered together. The pride of the journey that began in 1965 was celebrated with memories, awards and music throughout an evening full of celebration.

The first phase of Form's 60th anniversary celebrations took place last week in Izmir with factory employees. At the large gathering held in Istanbul, the entire Form family came together under one roof. In the first part of the evening, guests took a brief journey into the past through special film screenings telling Form's 60-year adventure. Subsequently, the company's Executive Board Chairman Tunç Korun and Board Chairman Figen Korun delivered opening remarks.

Form Şirketler Grubu Executive Board Chairman Tunç Korun, noting that they regard Form's 60th year not only as a milestone but also as a success story written together, stated the following in his address: "Today we are celebrating our 60th year with great honor and we lovingly remember our founders Bedi Korun and Yaşar Korun, who have passed away. In fact, these 60 years are in a sense the story of Turkey's industrialization and the formation of the air conditioning sector. It is easy to say 60 years, but when you take into account the multitude of economic and political crises experienced in Turkey during this period, truly surviving in these conditions, let alone continuing stable growth on top of that, requires great dedication and effort. Over 60 years we have strengthened together, we have grown together. From now on, with the same faith, the same unity, we will continue on the path shown by our great leader Atatürk. I sincerely thank each of you for the value you have added to this great family."

Form Şirketler Grubu Board Chairman Figen Korun, who began her remarks by pointing out that Form has been a brand growing for sixty years on the foundations of engineering, innovation and trust, expressed her feelings with the following words: "Today I am here representing the founder, that is the 1st generation. My dear husband was the founder and visionary of our companies, Bedi Bey, and he passed away last year, but I feel he is with us now. Without our professional colleagues who dedicated long years to Form and were experienced in their work, we could not have achieved this development. We will celebrate the years we spent together today as milestones. We are determined to continue our work, our existence, our efforts. We are in a developing sector. Together we are producing important value for society. Our path is open, and with the contribution of each of us, may our success be eternal!" 

An evening crowned with honor and seniority awards reached its peak with a surprise performance
Following the opening remarks, the evening continued with 'Honor Awards' presented to individuals who contributed to Form's successes; the enthusiasm in the hall transformed into a shared memory with the screening of a film specially prepared for the 60th year. These emotional moments were followed by "Seniority Awards" presented to working colleagues who have been dedicated for many years. After the award ceremonies, Işın Karaca, the powerful voice of Turkish music, took the stage and raised the pace of the celebration with an energetic performance.
