Firmenich and DSM Merge

Firmenich and DSM Complete Merger Firmenich International SA ("Firmenich"), a leading innovation partner in nutrition, health and beauty, announced the completion of its merger with DSM to create DSM-Firmenich AG. This announcement is made following the fulfillment of all customary conditions, the completion of the share exchange offer in the merger transaction, and the admission of Firmenich shares to DSM-Firmenich AG. As a result of the completion of the merger, members of the Firmenich management have resigned from the Firmenich Board of Directors. Jane Sinclair, Geraldine Matchett and Dimitiri de Vreeze have been appointed to the Firmenich Board of Directors.   Source
