Historic Success from the Sultans of the Net The A National Women's Volleyball Team achieved a historic victory by defeating China 3-1 in the FIVB Nations League final. With this victory, the A National Women's Volleyball Team, holders of the gold medal and cup, earned the right to become champions. The Sultans of the Net, who finished second in the league in 2018, placed third in 2021 and fourth in both 2019 and 2022. Turkey surpassed the United States in the world club rankings, thus becoming the new leader at the top. Daniele Santarelli's team crossed another historic milestone in Turkish volleyball with this championship.
