Nobel Lecture at Bilkent

2015 Nobel Prize in Chemistry Laureate Prof. Aziz Sancar to Deliver Nobel Lecture at Bilkent University

Organized jointly with the Turkish Academy of Sciences, the event will bring together students selected from successful schools across various Turkish cities with Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar. Students will attend the event at Bilkent University with their teachers. The meeting, which has generated significant interest from schools, is expected to draw approximately 1,000 participants. The program will take place at the Bilkent University Music and Performing Arts Faculty Concert Hall on Wednesday, 18 May from 15:30 to 17:30 and will begin with a brief concert. Following the concert and introductory remarks, Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar will present his research and then answer questions from students. The press is invited to attend the program.
