Senior Appointment at BETA Kimya A.Ş.
BETA Kimya A.Ş., one of Turkey's largest adhesive manufacturers, has announced an important management appointment. Cihat Sayacı, who has held various positions in the company's management for many years and most recently served as Deputy General Manager, has been appointed as the new General Manager of BETA Kimya.
A leadership transition has taken place at BETA Kimya A.Ş., one of the leading companies in the chemical sector, following the company's new management reorganization.
BETA Kimya A.Ş. founder Adil Pelister has transferred the General Manager position, which he held for 31 years, to Cihat Sayacı, who has served in various management positions within the company.
Cihat Sayacı graduated from Ankara Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, International Relations department, and obtained a master's degree in International Business Management from Swinburne University of Australia.
Sayacı began his career at Saat ve Saat A.Ş. as a Foreign Trade Specialist and has served for 11 years at Beta Kimya A.Ş. in the positions of General Coordinator and Deputy General Manager.
Cihat Sayacı, who has served as Executive Board Chairman of BETA Kimya A.Ş. since 2017, was appointed to the position of General Manager as of February 2018. Sayacı speaks English fluently, is married and has two children.

Founded by Adil Pelister in Istanbul in 1987, BETA Kimya A.Ş. began its industrial operations with the production of furniture adhesives.
Adding value to the chemical sector through its high-quality adhesive products, BETA Kimya A.Ş. expanded its product family with 25 different products manufactured at its production facilities which commenced operations in Aydın Organized Industrial Zone in 1996.

BETA Kimya A.Ş. continues to expand its exports primarily to neighbouring countries as well as to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific countries, and ranks 791st among Turkey's top 1,000 exporting companies according to Turkish Exporters Assembly data.
Beta Kimya A.Ş., which has been Turkey's Export Champion in the "Adhesives" category for six consecutive years since 2011, is included in ISO Turkey's list of the Second 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises and is among the 250 companies making the most investment in R&D.
