Senior Appointment at Bayer Consumer Health

Dr. Onur Yaprak, Bayer Consumer Health Country Manager for Turkey, has been appointed as Head of the Bayer Consumer Health Turkey, Central Asia and Caucasus Country Group effective 1 January. In his new position, Dr. Yaprak will lead Turkey along with 10 additional countries. 

Istanbul, 12 January 2026 - Dr. Onur Yaprak, serving as Bayer Consumer Health Country Manager for Turkey, has been appointed Head of the Bayer Consumer Health Turkey, Central Asia and Caucasus Country Group. In his new role, Dr. Yaprak will lead Turkey as well as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Armenia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

Dr. Onur Yaprak will direct the management strategies of this region reaching more than 200 million consumers, bringing the global experience he has gained over more than 20 years across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa to a broader geography. Leading all countries in his area of responsibility to achieve their growth targets, Dr. Yaprak will continue to contribute to Bayer Consumer Health's global growth by blending local dynamics with international approaches and implementing sustainable and inclusive strategies.
Dr. Onur Yaprak is a graduate of Marmara University Department of Industrial Engineering and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Clemson University and a PhD in Marketing Management from Yeditepe University. Based in Istanbul, Dr. Onur Yaprak is married and has two children.
