Bayer Announces Startups Selected for G4A Program

Six startups developing innovative solutions in health and agriculture have been selected for Bayer's G4A Startup Acceleration Program, held for the ninth time this year. The startups will receive training and mentorship support for 100 days, while three selected startups will each have the opportunity to benefit from a grant of TRY 500,000.

Bayer’s G4A Startup Acceleration Program, held for the ninth time this year, has selected 6 startups developing innovative solutions in healthcare and agriculture. The startups will receive training and mentorship support over 100 days, while three selected startups will each receive TRY 500,000 in grant support.

 

The startups selected for Bayer’s G4A Startup Acceleration Program, which has been supporting Turkey’s entrepreneurship ecosystem in collaboration with Tenity since 2018, have been announced.

Within the scope of the G4A 2026 program targeting Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health and Agricultural Products business divisions, 6 startups named Pearly Menopause Platform, RaporinAI, Vinter (Vindy), NeoOne Technology, Tekno Kurgu and MOVE ON were selected from 310 evaluated startups. These startups will benefit from various forms of support provided under the program.

Entrepreneurs to receive training over 100 days
The 6 new startups offering innovative digital solutions in healthcare and agriculture, having moved beyond the idea stage with a scalable business model, lean product or prototype, or having reached the sales stage, will undergo a comprehensive development process throughout the program.

The selected startups, chosen as a result of evaluation by a jury consisting of Bayer mentors, executives and Tenity experts, will receive online training over 100 days in critical areas such as financial planning, investment processes, sales strategies and legal matters. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to collaborate with Bayer, continue product development with mentorship support, access free software support packages and gain the advantage of being part of an extensive professional network.

Among those selected, Pearly Menopause Platform, Vinter (Vindy) and Tekno Kurgu will each receive TRY 500,000 in grant support.

Startups selected for the “G4A 2026 Startup Acceleration Program”:
Pearly Menopause Platform
A comprehensive digital platform aimed at supporting women’s journey through perimenopause and menopause with a holistic approach. The platform brings together events and programs prepared by expert professionals including dietitians, psychologists and physiotherapists, a reliable information library and a community space enabling experience sharing under one roof. In this way, it provides women with applicable suggestions for daily life during this period while offering complementary and advisory support to medical treatments.

RaporinAI
Analyzes patient prescriptions and reports uploaded by pharmacists to the system using artificial intelligence to automatically, quickly and consistently evaluate compliance with SUT (Health Practice Notification); provides decision support to pharmacies and supports process digitalization. In doing so, it increases operational efficiency and contributes to creating a more predictable and sustainable structure in reimbursement processes.

Vinter (Vindy)
An autonomous digital workforce that conducts natural phone conversations with human-like speech ability and low-latency architecture. It provides consumers with an experience close to that of a representative and manages promotional, informational and survey processes end-to-end; performs actions such as order taking, record creation and transfer to relevant departments as needed. With its fully scalable infrastructure, it simultaneously handles hundreds and thousands of conversations without interruption while transforming each conversation into real-time, structured and analyzable outputs, providing measurable insights, quality monitoring and operational efficiency.

NeoOne Technology
A field management platform enabling end-to-end digital management of field operations. It allows field teams to manage route planning, visit tracking, order management, collection processes, shelf analysis, planogram compliance and performance reporting through a single system. It aims to increase shelf efficiency and sales performance through artificial intelligence-assisted analytics.

Tekno Kurgu
ROTA Smart Agriculture Platform is a digital precision agriculture system that enables variable-rate seeding, fertilization and application according to field conditions and yield potential. Thanks to its compatibility with existing tractors and equipment, it limits additional investment needs and provides farmers with a variable-rate application solution that is easy to implement in the field and cost-effective.

MOVE ON
AigleTech, developed by MOVE ON, is artificial intelligence-supported agricultural technology enabling digital monitoring of fields in seed production. Through a mobile application integrated with drones, images taken from the field are analyzed in real time to automatically detect corn tassel and isolation area control in sunflowers. The results obtained are transferred to the web platform along with location and time information. In this way, it facilitates data-driven decision-making in seed production while helping field teams move faster and in a planned manner throughout the season.
