Azelis Completes New Acquisition

New Acquisition for Azelis Azelis, one of the most important global innovation service providers in the specialty chemicals and food additives sector, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Lidorr Elements, one of Israel's leading specialty chemical distributors in the areas of industrial materials, plant protection products and nutrition. Following the acquisition of Orokia in 2020, this purchase further develops the company's expanding network in the region, significantly broadening Azelis's footprint in Israel. Lidorr's extensive portfolio of hundreds of products strengthens Azelis's product range in its Agriculture and Environmental Solutions and Advanced Materials and Additives market segments. Based in Ramat Hasharon, a suburb of Tel Aviv, Lidorr also operates a logistics and laboratory facility in Beit Shemesh in the south of the country. Through this acquisition, Azelis significantly expands its reach and expertise, gaining a team of 90 employees, 35 of whom are technical sales specialists, serving more than 400 customers including some of Israel's largest manufacturers and retailers.
