AYSAF Fashion Show Makes Its Mark at the Fair

AYSAF Shoe Components Industry Fair's second day featured a fashion show of component products with the participation of Özge Ulusoy. The International 67th Shoe Components Industry Fair AYSAF held on 17 November under the motto "Fashion Starts with Components" featured a fashion show with the participation of Özge Ulusoy, Zeliha Çal and beauty pageant winners that made a strong impression at the fair. Hundreds of visitors watched the fashion show showcasing component products with great interest.

Historic Firsts Achieved at AYSAF

The fashion show was organized by Nes Prodüksiyon with choreography by Asil Çağıl. The fashion shows, which featured "shoe soles, leather, synthetic leather, fabric textiles, EVA materials and metal and plastic accessory products" from participating companies on the models, marked historic firsts in AYSAF's history. Organized in cooperation with the Shoe Components Industrialists Association AYSAD and Artkim Fuarcılık, the "International Shoe Components Industry Fair AYSAF" once again serves as an important bridge between manufacturers and buyers from 16-19 November 2022. At AYSAF, Eurasia's largest shoe components industry sector meeting, the direction and innovations that the shoe components industry brings to shoe fashion in terms of colour, material structure, accessories and designs are on display. Over the course of 2 days of fashion shows, visitors have the opportunity to see up close all the parts that make up a shoe and enjoy themselves at fashion shows that add vibrant atmosphere to the fair.

Sait SALICI, Chairman of the Shoe Components Industrialists Association, noting that AYSAF plays a critical role in Turkey's shoe sector's USD 3 billion export roadmap, said: "The test of success is whether you can export. The shoe sector, which exceeded USD 1 billion in exports in 2021 and entered the final quarter of 2022 with growth rates of 23 percent, ranks among the country's most important export players. As the umbrella organization of the sector, we believe that by continuously developing our Shoe Components Industry Fair AYSAF, where we demonstrate our strength in the international arena; with greater targets, we will make our potential known to the entire world." SALICI further stated: "Our shoe components industry companies have extremely high capacity, are open to technological innovations and have sufficient infrastructure and potential to meet export demands. Our target as AYSAD is to make Turkey the world's shoe components industry centre. We have full confidence that we will bring our traditional sector to an important place once again within the new economy."
