Artstone wall panels are an important product range that we have introduced to the sector and pioneered among many companies in our industry. They have a multi-purpose solution structure, particularly as they can be used for ceiling and facade cladding.

The most evident reason underlying the products' innovative features is the variety in color, texture and material appearance, enabling the creation of any effect in a space and meeting any requirement in this sense, while not neglecting both artistic and aesthetic concerns. Technical Specifications of Artstone Wall Panels

Panel systems manufactured from 20% fiberglass, 70% ecological resin (isophthalic, low styrene ratio, first-class polyester) and 10% stone dust, and prepared with special coloring techniques. Artstone panels have the same character as the raw materials used in the production of wind tunnels, aircraft, yachts and vessels. Artstone has a one-to-one stone texture and appearance; it feels like stone when touched. The "closeness to nature" captured through special inorganic pigment color combinations for the produced panels and subsequent special painting techniques is what makes Artstone panels stand out. Not PVC, MDF or natural stone. Artstone panels fall into the "A2" class from non-flammability criteria in the Euroclass TS EN 13501-1 classification (the reaction of building materials to fire and fire resistance performance). According to technical data, no deformation or texture deterioration occurs in the range of -40 to +120°C. Its thermal resistance is 800°C. "Non-flammability feature" is offered as standard across all product groups. The m² weights and texture thicknesses of the panels vary according to the model. While weights range from 6-10 kg/m², texture thicknesses vary from 7-12 mm and depth measurement ranges from 1-4 cm. Panel dimensions are approximately 130x300 cm. It covers approximately 4 m² of area. Sound insulation value is 40 dB. In terms of sound level in the environment, it provides sound insulation for an average of 100 Hz. It is protected against ultraviolet light and is not affected by harmful rays. It is thin but impact-resistant and has impact-absorbing properties.

Bending-tension and impact resistance values, known as Barcol hardness value, enable superior performance compared to general-purpose polyesters. Fading absolutely does not occur. There is a solution partnership with Jotun brand in terms of paint quality and non-fading guarantee.

It is absolutely unaffected by water and moisture. There are many alternatives in the appearance of any type of natural stone, concrete, brick, wood, rock and oxide. Can be cut to desired dimensions. Can be applied to any surface including finished rough construction walls and ceilings with the help of screws and dowels.

Does not contain carcinogenic substances. It is certified to be harmless to human health and the environment. Since real stone dust is used in production instead of synthetic paint, the colors of the panels may vary as they do in natural stone. Due to its light weight, it can be mounted on portable stands.

Due to its structure, it is a material that can flex and form. As a lower limit, it can even be applied in cylindrical areas with a 50 cm diameter. (The lower limit diameter changes depending on the product type). Due to acidic environments, sudden temperature differences and high temperature durability performance, it is suitable for external facade use. In joints and connection points, due to the use of special mastic filler containing stone dust in its structure, the issue in the panels is not pattern inconsistency but pattern integrity. Each model has its own retouching paints. During retouching, after the pattern is applied to the connection points and screws, joint paint is applied and a seamless appearance is achieved. The ID number applied to the products and special hologram provides sectoral awareness regarding quality. Certified, low-solvent materials are used and thus a high quality target is achieved in the products. The products also have certificates of compliance with international technical specifications.
