Archroma Launches "Safe Edge"

Archroma has launched The Safe Edge, an online platform providing instant access to product-related regulatory compliance certificates and information. With growing public awareness of the social, health and ecological impacts of human and business activities, transparency and traceability in supply chains have become essential. Time to market is equally critical, and manufacturers, brands and retailers need real-time access to reliable information. The Safe Edge platform was designed with this in mind: it enables brands, retailers and manufacturers in textiles, fashion, packaging, paper and paints to verify the regulatory and compliance status of Archroma products—including ecotoxicological—in just a few clicks. The Safe Edge covers standards, regulations and information including air emission factors, animal-derived, halal, kosher, plant-based, food contact, Blue Angel, bluesign®, Cradle-to-Cradle, chemical inventories, Compostability EN 13432 and conflict minerals. With the launch of The Safe Edge, Archroma continues to assume a leading role in ensuring sustainability in its industries, in line with its commitment to the principles of safe, efficient, advanced, and this is our nature—under the motto "Archroma's Path to a Sustainable World."
