Aluform Rock Wool Facade and Roof Panels

Aluform - Alurockwool stone wool double-lock interlocking system roof panel has 5 ribs in terms of form. The net usable area is 1000 mm. Unlike other stone wool panels, thanks to the double-lock interlocking system feature exclusive to our company, the load-bearing capacity of our stone wool panel increases and our panel can span wider openings. The stone wool we use has water-repellent properties.   The metals used on the upper and lower surfaces of the panel can be galvanized steel or aluminum. It can be produced as painted galvanized sheet in thicknesses between 0.50 - 0.70 mm, and as painted aluminum in thicknesses between 0.50 - 1.20 mm. The paint on the metal can specifically be polyester, PVDF, or plastisol. Production is possible in all colors from the RAL catalogue. Stone wool has a standard density of 100-110 kg/m3, however panel production can also be made at higher densities depending on the project. The net usable area of our Aluform - Alurockwool Secretfix stone wool concealed-screw façade panel is 1000 mm. The concealed-screw interlocking system offers aesthetic solutions in buildings. Unlike other stone wool panels, thanks to our ability to produce the upper surface of the panel in micro-ribbed and flat forms, alternative appearances can be achieved on façades.
