Aluform Pekintaş Alüminyum

Aluform, one of eight companies within the Pekintaş Group, has been continuing sandwich panel production that began in Düzce in 1996 with growing business volume over 19 years. As of 2015, Aluform has developed into a fully integrated industrial facility with 40,000 m² of enclosed and 140,000 m² of open space.

We are positioned as a company that has achieved a first in Turkey, particularly in the roof and facade cladding sector, producing with four different specialized production lines at a single location (cold storage panel line, single-skin trapezoidal and sinusoidal lines, PU and PIR (Polyisocyanurate) panel line, and lightweight panel line). Additionally, thanks to our superior detail characteristics, we offer alternative solutions to our architects with products that can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Therefore, our valued designers have the freedom to combine any colors with one another using our products and to impart desired movement to the facade through horizontal applications. In recent years, with increased sandwich panel use domestically as well as internationally, we continuously renew ourselves to meet resulting demand, following both detail solutions and more modern production techniques. Through our investments and innovative technology, we raise our targets to higher levels each year, ranking among the country's top thousand exporters and among the second-largest 500 industrial enterprises. We export approximately 35% of our products to 23 different countries across five continents worldwide. We continue R&D work uninterrupted each year. I would like to mention two of our newest investments that have come into operation alongside these efforts.

With our new investment in 2010, we increased our annual production capacity by 100% to 6 million square meters. With this investment, our roof and facade panels succeeded in meeting the specifications of all prestigious projects with nine different surface options.

Additionally, in 2013, in partnership with German Schmid Holding, a world leader in solar energy, we established Schmid-Pekintaş Energy Systems A.Ş. at our new factory built on 30,000 m² in Düzce 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, beginning photovoltaic panel production and providing project and installation services for all systems generating electricity from solar energy. One of our most important distinguishing factors is that Schmid-Pekintaş Energy Systems A.Ş. (Alusolar) photovoltaic panels are compatible with Aluform sandwich panels. As a country, we faced numerous challenges in 2014. Economic and political conditions affected our values globally. Despite this, we repeated our successful sales and production performance from previous years, increasing our productivity and quality. We now live in a world where we must compete more intensely, operate on lower margins, produce solutions faster, and make fewer errors. We have new projects as well. As Solar Systems, Schmid Group, and Pekintaş Group, we have signed a long-term partnership agreement regarding establishment of a 200 MWp turnkey PV cell and module manufacturing facility in Russia. With the first phase to be completed in 2015, Schmid Group and Pekintaş Group will assume responsibility as main contractor and technology provider for production lines, buildings, and ancillary services facility establishment. Our primary goal for 2015 is to grow our scale sustainably. In exemplary projects we have undertaken domestically and internationally, we aim to make people say "Aluform built this building" and to provide solutions to tasks that everyone finds challenging. By adding FM certification this year to our numerous international certifications including ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, TSE, CE, and GOST, we aim for the concepts of aesthetics, quality and efficiency, speed, and economy in industrial buildings to be associated with the Aluform Pekintaş brand.
