Akcoat Provides Computers to Students

Students at Ziya Gökalp Boarding Regional School, Gül-Çetin Kaur Anatolian High School, Beykonak Anatolian High School, 80th Year Beykonak Primary and Secondary School, Beykonak Sevim Öner Primary and Secondary School, Ahmet Avcıoğlu Primary and Secondary School, Shaheed Hasan Öztürk Primary and Secondary School, Hacıveliler Primary and Secondary School, Mimar Sinan Secondary School and Mavikent Ramazan Abacı Secondary School in the district received laptop computers as gifts from the company.   At a ceremony attended by Kumluca District Director of National Education Yusuf Tekdemir, Kumluca Chamber of Agriculture Chairman Hidayet Kökce, school principals and students, the computers were handed over by Akcoat Brand and Communications Manager Batuhan Basalak.

Akcoat General Manager Veysi Küçük expressed satisfaction that they met the students' computer needs, stating: "Within the scope of our R&D activities, we had the opportunity to get to know Kumluca more closely, which we evaluated as a pilot region. During this process, we witnessed the computer shortages at many primary and secondary schools and assessed what we could do about it. We provided support to assist students' education in all aspects and to enable them to become familiar with newly developing technologies. In the coming period, we will especially host students interested in chemistry at Akcoat's R&D center to enable them to learn the latest technologies, and we will support the development of future scientists."
