Abdi İbrahim Wins "Leadership in Human Value" Award

    Abdi İbrahim, which has been passionately working to improve lives for 106 years and continues to accelerate its investments, was awarded first place in the "Leadership in Human Value" category at the PERYÖN Human Value Awards, organized for the 10th time by the Personnel Managers Association (PERYÖN). The human resources management work conducted by Abdi İbrahim, leader of the Turkish pharmaceutical sector, was recognized with an award by the Personnel Managers Association (PERYÖN), one of Turkey's most important civil society organizations. In the "Leadership in Human Value" category, where 7 companies reached the finals this year, Abdi İbrahim took first place and was deemed worthy of the award. The "Leadership in Human Value" award, the highest category of the PERYÖN Human Value Awards, is given to companies that are most successful in terms of leadership, management, motivation and performance initiatives. The ceremony held on 3 May at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent was attended by Abdi İbrahim Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Hakan Onel and the Abdi İbrahim Human Resources team. The PERYÖN awards, in which 24 institutions participated with 28 different projects this year and were given in 5 categories, were determined by an evaluation board composed of academics, senior executives, human resources experts, journalists and consultants with extensive long-standing experience in different sectors. The PERYÖN Human Value Awards are given to companies and individuals that contribute to innovative, creative and successful practices in the field of human resources management.
