Abdi İbrahim Launches 'Medicine for the Future' Internship Program for Young People

Abdi İbrahim, leader of the Turkish pharmaceutical sector, is launching the 'Medicine Like the Future: Long-Term Internship Program' to bring young talent into the industry. Twenty-seven young professionals selected from a total of 7,000 applicants will participate in training provided by sector experts over an eight-month period, gaining professional experience in the industry.
Operating for 112 years with a mission of IMPROVING LIFE and the Future, Abdi İbrahim launched the Medicine Like the Future: Long-Term Internship Program on 7 October 2024 to bring young talent into the sector. The internship program will offer a wide range of training to future professionals to enable them to make a difference in the business world. The 27 young participants will receive training from sector experts over eight months in communication techniques, presentation skills, negotiation skills, financial literacy, technical project management and sustainability. The young professionals will also be subject to performance evaluation during the internship period and will graduate from the program with a certificate.
